Learned counsel seeks direction against the Prothonotary and Senior Master to return the original Will filed in this court. Prothonotary and Senior Master is directed to return the original Will to the petitioner on the petitioner's filing true copy of the Will duly certified by the advocate of the petitioner. Prothonotary and Senior Master is directed to return the original Will within two weeks from today. Refund of court fees if any as per rules.
