JULY 10, 2012 P.C. :- The application is filed for bail in case of gang-rape. 2 After hearing both the sides for sometime, this Court realised that it is necessary to see the CA report in respect of clothes of the prosecutrix and clothes of the applicant. 3 APP is present. She submitted that CA report is not yet received. Chargesheet is filed. Applicant is behind bar for about six ba 814-2012 months. In view of the circumstances, this Court holds that liberty needs to be given to the applicant to file application in the Sessions court after filing of CA report by the State. In view of the circumstance that the applicant is behind bar for more than six months and the chargesheet is filed, this Court directs CA office to expedite the report and within one month from the date of receipt of this Order. 4 Authenticated copy be supplied to APP who in turn to give instructions to the Investigating Officer and handover the copy of this order to CA office. 5 Application is disposed of.
