The petitioners are residents of village Aher Wahegon, Taluka Georai, District Beed. The school which was being run at Madalmohi was transferred to Aher Wahegon. We have perused orders passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.4858 of 2009 dated 11 December 2009 and 3rd March 2010. The State Government was to take decision in respect of the report of the Deputy Director of 2 W.P. No.7771 of 2010 Eduction in respect of the subject school. It is informed that the State Government had cancelled transfer of the school to Aher Wahegaon. 3) Learned counsel appearing for the respondent management submits that the school is now run at Madalmohi, Taluka Georai, District Beed. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is acute need of a school at village Aher Wahegaon. Therefore, State Government be directed to grant approval to run the school. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that a Zilla Primary Primary School is already running at the said place. 4) In case the petitioners or any other deserving persons or society desire to apply for running a school at Aher Wahegaon, they are at liberty to do so in accordance with the scheme framed by the State Government. 5) No interference is called for.
