We have heard Ms. Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant who prays for exemption in payment of stamp duty for filing the First Appeal Stamp No.16012/2008.
The learned AGP has received report from the Tehsildar Panvel 70 belonging applicant acquired Government Maharashtra CIDCO and, therefore, request exemption payment cannot considered. Certainly substantial compensation amount received applicant when his land admeasuring about 70 ares came to be 2 acquired by the State Government.
