Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the corporation - respondents no.1 and 2 makes a statement that pursuant to the notice dated 3rd December, 2009 issued by the respondent nos. 1 and 2 – corporation under the provisions of Bombay Provincial Municipal Corporation Act, 1949 and Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, appropriate steps in accordance with the law and procedure applicable in this regard shall be taken by following the principles of natural justice within a period of three months from today. 2
