Nobody present for the petitioner. This petition is filed challenging the order of the Sessions Court. The application was moved by the present petitioner in a private complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, for return of complaint/rejection of complaint on the ground of want of jurisdiction. The application is rejected by J.M.F.C. and this order is confirmed by the Sessions Court. The Court has observed that it is a matter of evidence and only after recording of evidence this point can be decided.
