Having considered the ground on which the parole was sought and the passage of time, we are satisfied that the following order shall meet the ends of justice. The petitioner is allowed to file fresh application for parole/furlough. If the petitioner files such an application, same may be considered on merits in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the application.
