It is submitted to the learned Counsel by the Petitioner in the said written communication that he is seeking withdrawal of the Petition filed in this Court. It is further stated in the said communication that the Petitioner decided to withdraw all the allegations Umesh Malani leveled in the Petition against one Mr. Ravindra Chavan, Kapad Bazar & Dukane Mandal for Thane and Mumbai District and Home Department, State of Maharashtra.
