In view of the averments made in the Civil Application, delay in filing the above Review Petition is condoned. With the consent of parties, the review petition is taken up for hearing.

After this Review Petition was argued for sometime, Mr. Apte, the learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Review Petitioner, prayed for leave to withdraw the above Review Petition with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings. This liberty has sought in view of the fact that there are now new documents available with the Review Petitioner which may entitle him to obtain a fresh Caste Certificate.
