Judge) at Nizamabad. the Petitioner/Ctaimant sri Mohammed Babu, Manager for the Respondent No.2- Insurance company has appeared before the Lok Adatat and represented that the Appettant/petitioner/ctaimant has appeared before the District LegaI Services Authority, Nizamabad. It is reported by the Respondent No.2-rnsurance Company that during the pendency of this Appeat, they have mutuatty entered into comprornise and settted the matter. rn pursuance of thc setttement, the Appettant/petitioner has agreed to receive an amount of Rs.-1,00,000/- (Rupees Two takhs onty) towards futtand final setttement of his claim in addition to the amount atready deposited and the rnsurance Company has agreed to pay the same towards futt and final settrement of the ctaim. Accordingty, compromise is recorded and the Award is passed before the Lok,Adatat. ln view of the above said setttement, the rnsurance company has agreed to deposit the above said amount within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Award, after deducting the amount that was deposited, if any. rn the event of defautt or detay in making such deposit, the craimants/Appettants are entitted to ctaim interest as awarded by the Tribunat.
