It is reported by the Respondent No.2-rnsurance Company that during the pendency of this Appeat, they have mutuatty entered into comprornise and settted the matter. rn pursuance of thc setttement, the Appettant/petitioner has agreed to receive an amount of Rs.-1,00,000/- (Rupees Two takhs onty) towards futtand final setttement of his claim in addition to the amount atready deposited and the rnsurance Company has agreed to pay the same towards futt and final settrement of the ctaim.
