The Parties have atso affixed rt size photographs on the Memorandum of Compromise 1ot cording to the Memorandum of Compromise, the Respondent l lPetitioner/Wife-Smt. Nagu Sridevi @ Vani, W/o.Nagu Vidya Sagar, has fited the F.C.O.P.No.546 of 2017 on the fite of the Judge, Addt. Famity Court at Hyderabad and the same was attowed by granting decree of divorce dissotving the marriage of the Petitioner and Respondent No.1. Being aggrieved, the Petitioner/ Respondent No.'l / Husband-Sri Nagu Vidya Sagar, has fited lA.No.992 of 2018 in OP.No.546 of 2017 and the same was dismissed without costs. Aggrieved by the same, the Petitioner/ Respondent No. l/Husband-Sri Nagu Vidya Sagar, has preferred the present Civil Revision Petition. As mentioned in the Memorandum of Compromise, both the Petitioner/ Respondent No.1 /Husband-Sri Nagu Vidya Sagar and Respondent No.1 / Petitioner/Wife-Smt. Nagu Sridevi @ Vani got married long back i.e., on 07-3-1996 and son of the respective parties is now aged about 26 years. According to the terms of settlement, the FCOP was fited by the Respondent No.1/Petitioner against the Peiitioner/ Respondent No.1 on the ground adultery and cruetty, has now withdrawn by the Respondent No1/Petitioner. Now, both the Petitioner/ Respondent No.1-Sri Nagu Vidya Sagar and Respondent No.1/ Petitioner-Smt. Nagu Sridevi @ Varii have settted their disputes and agreed to reunite and [ead a conjugal marita[ ['ife as husband and wife without any further dispute. Accordingty, compromise is recorded and Award is passed as per the terms set out in the Memorandum of Compromise and the parties shatl appear before the Hon'bte Court on the date atready fixed. The said Memorandum of compromise shatl form part of the award. Consequentty, the CRP.No.629 of 2019 stands disposed of as per terms of compromise as stated above. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid on the appeat shatt be refunded. ln token of consent for the above settlement and award, the parties and their counsel have signed this award in our presence.
