RAMA RAO, Advocate The Court made the following Judgment: Learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the State filed an affidavit duly sworn in by the Joint Collector, Ranga Reddy District inter alia stating the facts as to how and under what circumstances the writ appeal was preferred. In the affidavit, it is further stated the Government vide memo No. 75618/UC.11(3)/2002-6 dated 28.2.2004 Revenue (UC-II) Department issued instructions to regularize the possession of the persons in possession of the lands bearing Sy. Nos. 57 to 60 of Karmanghat Village in view of the occupancy rights certificates issued under the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Abolition of Inams Act, 1955. It is under those circumstances, the Government itself has decided to withdraw the writ appeal and accordingly instructed the Joint Collector not to press the appeal for hearing. Having regard to the averments made in the affidavit, the writ appeal shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs. (B. Sudershan Reddy, J)
