I hough the criminal petition was filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1367 of 2025, the learned counsel for the petitioners restricted her prayer requesting this Court to dispense with the appearance of the petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 6 in Cl.C.No. l3(r7 of 2025., on the file of learned tt ,Additional Junior Civil .ludge-curn-tl Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Bhadradri Kothagudem. Hence, the notice respect of respo, ndent No.l is dispensed with.
T'he learned Additional Public Prosecutor has not opposed the subrnission rnade by the learned counsel for petitioners.
[n view of the above subrnissions, and without expressing any opinion on the rnerits of the case, the presence of the petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 6 in C.C.No.l36X of'2025, on the file of leanred II Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-ll Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Bhadradri Kothagudem, is dispensed with, subject to the condition that the petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 6 shall be represented by their ,/ - 3 counsel on every date of hearing, unless their presence is specifically required during the course of the trial. In the event of non-appearance of petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 6 on any date so fixed by the trial court, the trial court shall be entitled to proceed with the matter in accordance with law.
