ORDER:
This petition is fired seeking quashment of the c.c.No .162 of 2025 on the file of learned lll Additional Junior Civil Judge_cum_X Additional Judicial Magistrate of First class at Medchal, Athevelly, against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 5. 2 Heard Mr'Bara Krishna Mandapati, rearned counser for petitioner and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, Iearned Additional public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.1-State. 3 The petitioners are'arrayed as accused in c.c.No..r62 of 2o2s for the offences under sections 44g,326 and 506 rrw.34 0f rndian Penal Code, 1860. 4' Learned counser for the petitioners wourd submit that though the petitioners are resorved to face the proceedings, their presence before the trjal Court on each adjournment is causing severe hardship and effecting their employment. Therefore, prayed for dispensing their personal presence unless it is required for the proceedings and such direction would redress their grievance. 5' Learned Additionar pubric prosecutor submits that there is no specific objection for the prayer, however pleaded for a direction for in ( I 2 ! person presence of the Petitioners in the material stages of the proceedings.
