motor bike from her parents-in-law. It is contended that A.3 has been residing at Hyderabad and A.1 and A.2 along with t h e de facto complainant were residents of Nandyal of Kurnool District. As per the allegations, she was instigating A.1 and A.2 by telephone and also harassing the de facto complainant by telephone. Having regard to the allegations, this Court is of the opinion that this is a fit case for investigation and F.I.R. cannot be quashed.
