3. It is submitted by the learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue that in pursuance of the order dated 21.03.2025 passed by this Court, the respondents addressed a letter to the District Collector on 17.1O.2025 to conduct a detailed joint survey involving the Revenue, Forest and Survey Departments to clearly demarcate the boundaries between Forest, Revenue and dis-reserved lands in Survey No.540 of Pedaveedu Village, Mattampally Mandal.

4.

Prima facie, it appears from the record that respondents have initiated action to carryout survey of the disputed lands and note down the physical features of the land to initiate further proceedings in compliance with the orders of this Court. Therefore, this Court is of the view that no case is made out to hold that the respondents have willfully or deliberately violated the order of this Court so as to invoke the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 197 l.
