M.Ratna Mohan Rao v. The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation

Writ Petition No. 23012 of 2011C V NAGARJUNA REDDY

Judgment

Cause title

Counsel for the petitioner:

Sri Venugopal Reddy Goddindla Counsel for respondents: --- The Court made the following:

ORDER:

A perusal of Annexure-I (list of events) would show that the petitioner has narrated facts, which are totally unconnected with the subject matter of the writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded to this position. He, therefore, requests for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition with proper list of events. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.28156 of 2011 is disposed of as infructuous. C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 16th August, 2011 VGB
