ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

…to issue Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, to declare the impugned Proceedings No.AE2/163/APSHCL/2009, dated 04.11.2010, issued by the 2nd respondent as being illegal, arbitrary, invalid and consequently set aside the same, by directing the respondent authorities to extend the time for completion of the contract work by duly providing the approach road connecting the R & B road and the site.

At the hearing, Smt.V.Padmaja Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, sought permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to her client to avail common law remedies for questioning the impugned order. The request of the learned counsel is accepted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.37814 of 2010 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous. C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J Dt.29.11.2010 VGB
