C.T.A.No.11 of 2005. The first respondent herein filed the C.T.A. aggrieved by the surcharge order, dated 19.04.2005, passed by the first petitioner herein. When the writ petition was listed for hearing, this Court verified from the learned counsel for the petitioners as to how an authority, who passed the order under Section 60 of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964, can file a writ petition against an order of the appellate authority. After consulting his clients, the learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition, without prejudice to the right of the society concerned to assail the judgment in the C.T.A. Permission is accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, leaving it open to the society concerned, to work out its remedies in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. ____________
