WHEREAS your attendance is necessary to answer the charges of the Contempt of Courts under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, viz; to summon the respondent to attend before the Hon’ble Court for his willful and deliberate disobedience in implementing the orders dated 30-08- 2006 in W.P.M.P.No. 16541 of 2006 in W.P.No. 13311 of 2006 and punish the contemnor suitably in accordance with Sections 1 to 15 of Contempt of Court Act 1971. You viz ; S. V. Hemantha Kumar Occ : Assistant Divisional Engineer, Operation, APEPDCL, Sompeta, Srikakulam District. . are hereby required to appear in person before the High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad on 27-12-2006 at 10.30.a.m and returnable by 27-12-2006 to show cause why you shall not be punished or other appropriate order be not passed against you for Contempt of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh. You shall attend High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad in person on 27-12-2006 at 10.30.am for appearance for the contemnors and shall continue to attend the High Court on all days thereafter to which date the case against you stands adjourned and until final orders are passed on the charges against you. Herein fail not. It is further ordered that pendency of this Contempt Case does not preclude the respondents to comply with the order of this Court in letter and spirit and purge the Contempt.
