WHEREAS the Petitioners herein has presented a petition to this court under Section 10, 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to issue proceedings under Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, against the Respondents herein and punish them suitably for violating and flouting the orders passed by the Hon`ble Court in Writ Petition No. 10526 of 2005, dated: 31-03-2006; AND WHEREAS this court upon hearing the arguments of Sri S. Venkateswara Reddy, Advocate for the petitioners while admitting the Contempt Case and while dispensing with the presence of Respondents No. 1 & 4 for the present directed issue of notice to the Respondents 2nd and 3rd herein to show cause why, in the circumstances stated in the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof (copies of which are annexed hereto) he should not be punished for contempt of court; Now: Therefore you namely ;
