Respondents Contempt Case filed under Section 10, 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to initiate the proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act against the respondents herein for deliberately and intentionally not implementing the orders passed by this Hon`ble Court in WP.
