Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned action of the respondents in not paying regular salaries to the petitioners in the guise of implementing Section 116 (c) of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 by not taking into consideration the amounts recoverable due to the society within the meaning of gross profit and now reducing the salaries in the guise of Section 116 (c) of Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 as highly illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India.
