S Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or direction declaring the action of the 2nd respondent herein is not finalizing the proceedings under Section 60 of the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1964 against the 4th respondent herein pursuant to the common order dt. 31-10- 2006 passed by the A.P. Cooperative Tribunal, Vijayawada in O.A.No. 122 and 123 of 2005 as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable and violative of the Articles 14 of the Constitution of India and opposed to the very spirit and object of the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1964, and the Rules framed thereunder and consequently direct the 2nd respondent herein to finalize the proceedings under Section 60 of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 initiated against the 4th respondent herein pursuant to the common order dt. 31-10- 2006 passed by the A.P. Cooperative Tribunal, Vijayawada in O.A.NO. 122 and 123 of 2005 by taking into consideration implead petition dated 24-9-2007 filed by petitioners herein and the Representation dt. 12-10-2007 submitted by the petitioners herein and pass such further order or orders as this Hon' ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
