#2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner on ror ord and learned Assistant Govemment Pleader for Home. perused th: record.

#3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is engaged in the business of providing solutions for all beauty and wellness needs such as saloon and spa. The petitior cr is holding a valid registration certificate for running the business :r the name and style of M/s. Relax Well Beauty and SpA. 3'1' He further submits that the grievance of the p:ritioner is that basing on the impugned notification issued by the (t, ,rnrnissioner of Police, the Police are frequentty interfering with thc rusiness of the petitioner and forcing the petitioner to close the said Ir Lsiness without following any due procedure of law.

3.2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar set ol facts and circumstances, batch of writ petitions have been filed before this Court and this Court, disposed : " the said writ 3 petitions vide Common Order, dated 28.09.2021, in W.P.Nos'16281 of 2010 and batch. Stating so, leamed counsel for the petitioner would seek to pass appropriate orders.

#4. Leamed Assistant Govemment Pleader for Home has not disputed the fact of disposal ofthe batch ofcases.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Common Order, dated 28.09.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16281 of 2010 and batch, directing the petitioner to obtain necessary permission and license from the concemed Municipal authorities.
