2. Heard Mr.Jonny, iearned counsel representing Mr. P. Sajan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Rakesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader representing learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 5

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners submitted a representation dated 06.11.2020 to respondent No.5 stating that they belong to Schedule Caste and that they were atlotted Government land admeasuring 121 sq' yrds each near the Office of the Karimnagar Rice Millers Association; that vide Certilicate Nos' 1/ l3l / I /2009 ' ll l3ll5/2OO9, ll l3ll6/2OO9 dated 06.01.2009 respondent No.5 had issued possession certiflcates to the petitioners with 2 respect to open sites; that through the said repr-i sentation dated

Theref:-e, he seeks to dismiss the Writ Petition.

Having regard to the submissions of br,r r the learned counsel, this Court, u.ithourt making aly obse: .ations on the merits or demerrts of the casc, is inclined to direct the petitioners to approach respondent No.5 with all the valicl documents to demonstrate that they are in possession of the :-, spective lalds 3 within a period of four (4) months from today. On filing such documents, the respondent No.5 is directed to verify the said documents submitted by the petitioners, by putting a-11 the effected parties on notice and pass appropriate orders, 1n accordance rvith lan', as expeditiously as possible.
6. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
