Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue an order, direction or writ specially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.2 in issuing proceedings No.A2/9846/93, dated 21-05-1994 in directing the Respondent-4 fishing operations departmentally and consequential memo of Respondent No.4 issued in his proceedings No.617/B/93, dated 22-05-1993 directing the Inspector of Fisheries, Suryapet to conduct fishing operations departmentally as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, unjust and violative of provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 while issuing a consequential direction to the respondents that the petitioner society is entitled to conduct fishing operations in the Ura Cheruvu Tank with the necessary assistance and cooperation from the respondents.
