ORDER:-
This is an application filed by Standard Chartered Bank Ltd., under Rule 177 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 and Section 529-A of the Companies Act, 1956, to condone delay of 131 days in filing the Proof of Debt. Heard learned Counsel appearing for the application and the learned Counsel appearing for the Official Liquidator representing the respondent-Company. Mr.Nitil Kamble, Director of the Applicant – Company has sworn to the affidavit. The circumstances under which delay occurred have been detailed in the affidavit. In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit, the delay of 131 days in filing the Proof of Debt is condoned.
