By this Company Application, the Applicant has sought direction against the Official Liquidator to adjudicate, declare and pay the dividend under section 529-A of the Companies Act, 1956 to the Applicant-workman of KMA Limited (Company in liquidation) by fixing a peremptory date of payment.
The Official Liquidator informs the Court that since there is no unanimity qua the basis on which the adjudication should be carried out, he will be submitting his report before this Court 2 ca-498-10-cp-778-05 within two weeks from today, seeking necessary directions qua the basis of adjudication and payment of dividend.
In view thereof, the Company Application stands
