Satya Prasad Dated: 15.12.2006 Per G.S.SINGHVI, CJ In this petition, the petitioner has prayed for grant of a declaration that the action of respondent Nos. 1 to 3 in allowing respondent Nos. 4 and 6 to run flying hospital in Hyderabad city at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport is contrary to Sections 13, 14 and 15 read with Sections 19 and 21 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 and to restrain respondent Nos. 4 to 6 from conducting flying hospital. Shri A. Satya Prasad, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner says that the writ petition has become infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such. Ordered accordingly. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition as infructuous, W.P.M.P.No.38499 of 1998 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is dismissed. G.S.SINGHVI, CJ C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY, J
