Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counset appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 7 on record and for the reasons alike in the above referred order passed by this Court in W.p.No.45 of 2O2S dated 03.O1 .ZO2S, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos.2 to 7 to receive the application of the petitioner seeking electricity service connection to petitioner,s subject wP 1484 2025 premises and further to consider the request of the 3 petitioner for release of electricity service connection to the petitioner in accordance to !aw, in respect of petitioner's subject property bearing H.No. 2-56114/52, in Gramakantam, admeasuring 120 sq. yards situated at Chanda Nayak Nagar Thanda, lzzathnagar, Khanamet (V), Serilingampally (M) under GFIMC Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State, within a period of four (O4) weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the same shall be subject to further direction that may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Apex Court in the litigation pending ., before it arising out of the order dated t2.Og.2OL2 passed in Writ Petition No.2O4O7 of 2OO8 and batch.
