Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the tearned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 7 on record and for the reasons alike in the above referred order passed by this Court in W.p.No.2O263 of ZO24 dated 2L.O8.2O24, the Writ petation is disposed of directing the respondent Nos.2 to 7 to receive the application of the petitioner seeking etectricity service connection to petitioner,s subject premises and further to consider the request of the petitioner for release of electricity 3 SN, J service connection to the petitioner in accordance to law, in respect of petitioner's subject property bearing H.No.3-1OO1, on Plot No.1OO1, in Survey Nos'11/14' L:-lL5, t'Llt6, LL/L7 and 11l18, part of Survey No'11' admeasuring 3OO sq. yards, situated at Khanamet (V)' Serilingampally (M), under GHMC, Ranga Reddy Dastrict, Telangana State, within a period of four (O4) weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the same shalt be subject to further direction that may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Apex Court in the litigation pending before it arising out of the order dated 12.O9.2OLZ passed in Writ Petition No.2O4O7 of 2OO8 and batch.
