It i:; represented by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on beharf of respondent Nos.2 to 7 that the subject issue in tne present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of thisi Court dated 21.08.2024 passed in W.p. No. 20263 of 2024, hence, the present writ petition could be disposed c,f ir terms of the aforesaid order.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the learned counset appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 7 on record and for the reasons alike in the above referred order passed by this Court in W.p. No. 2c.263 ot ZO24 dated 21.OA,2O24, the Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos.2 to 7 to receive the application of the petitioner seeking electricity service connection to petitioner's subject premises and further to consider the request of the petitioner for release of electricity service connection to the petitioner in accordance to l l I I I , l , 3 SN, J taw, in respect of petitioner's subject property bearing H.No.2-56lD /9/9, in Survey No.12, admeasurinS 110 sq.yards, situated at Chanda Naik Thanda, Khanamet (V), Serilingampally (M), Under GHMC, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State, within a period of four (O4) weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the same shall be subject to further direction that may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Apex Court in the litigation pending before it arising out of the order dated 12.O9.2012 passed in Writ Petition No.2O4O7 of 2OOB and batch- However, there shall be no order as to costs.
