Heard Mr. A. Goyal, learned counsel for the accused-petitioners. Also heard Mr. B. S. Sinha, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. The petitioner, Injamamul Hoque @ Injamul Hoque, apprehends arrest in connection Kalgachia P.S. case No.562/2013 under sections 341/354(A)/325/ 307/506 of the I PC. On consideration of the materials in the case diary including the medical certif icate and having regard to the submissions, advanced by the learned counsel for the parties I have found that this is not fit case where the prayer for pre-arre st bail should be granted to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for pre-arrest bail is rejected.
