Heard Mr. MA Sheikh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. BS Sinha , learned Addl. PP for the State. Case diary is produced today by the learned Addl. PP in pursuant to the order passed by this Court. In this proceeding, the petitioner, Padmeswari Ghosh has prayed for pre- arrest bail in the event of his arrest in connection with North Lakhimpur PS Cas e No.449/2013 u/s 366(A)/34 of IPC. Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties and having regard to the ma terials available in the case diary, I am of the view that the accused-petitione r can be granted the benefit of pre-arrest bail in connection with the aforesaid case. Accordingly, the interim order dated 22.7.2013 passed by this Court is h ereby made absolute. However, on condition that petitioner shall not interfere w ith the investigation of the case. Bail application stands disposed of. Return the case dairy.
