The Railways have since filed an affidavit of Dr. Daethy Kharmalki, Seni or DMO/Ch in the Railway Hospital, Maligaon on 12th November, 2010 to the effect that the vision of the petitioner is alright in so far as Bee 1 as per para 512 (Vision) test IRM is concerned. As such, the petitioner, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the Railways, can be accommodated against such a post. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that his client is willing to ac cept the post as offered in the affidavit dated 12th November, 2010. Under the circumstances, nothing further survives in this matter. We exp ect the Railways to offer the post to the petitioner within a period of four wee ks and in any case not later than 30th December, 2010.
