THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. MADAN B LOKUR THE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE UB SAHA This PIL is with regard to a declaration for adjudging some road blockade as bei ng unreasonable . It appears that during the pendency of the PIL a meeting was convened by the Chi ef Secretary to the Govt. of Assam and it was attended by officers from the Army as well as persons from the bureaucracy. The minutes have been attached along w ith the affidavit dated 2nd June, 2010 of Sri Dilip Kr. Das, Deputy Secretary, Revenue and DM Department, Govt. of Assam. In view of the minutes of the meeting, nothing further survives in this matter a nd learned counsel for petitioners does not press the instant PIL. It is submitted that one road in the area needs to be looked after by PWD. The p etitioners may make representation in this regard. The PIL stands disposed of.
