Heard Mr. A Goyal, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. H Sarma, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam. By filing this application under Section 438 Cr. P.C., the petitioners, namely, 1. Ms. Rita Rani Das, 2. Sri Rosendra Das @ Rousendra Das and 3. Smti Lona Das, are praying for pre-arrest bail in connection with Bijni P.S. Case No. 179/13 un der Sections 420/468/506/34 IPC. By an interim order dated 17.09.2013, the petitioners were granted the privilege of interim pre-arrest bail pending consideration of the case diary. Mr. Sarma has produced the case diary for the perusal of this Court. I have perused the same. Upon hearing the learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of the materials available in the case diary, the interim order dated 17.09.2013 is made absolut e and it is provided that in the event of arrest of the petitioners, in the abov ementioned case, they shall be released on bail of Rs. 30,000/- each with one lo cal surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authorit y. Anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
