By order dated 22.09.2011, the appellant was directed to take fresh steps for se rvice of notice upon respondent Nos. 1 to 6 by Registered Post with A/D within a period of 15 days. No steps were taken as directed and the matter was listed be fore the Lawazima Court on 7.12.2011. On 7.12.2011, Lawazima Court directed the appellant to take fresh steps for service of notice upon the said respondents th rough Registered Post with A/D within 10 days and it was also indicated that in the event of steps being not taken, the matter will be placed before the Court. Till date, no steps have been taken by the appellant. Mr. U. Dutta, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the appel lant has lost interest in this case as despite repeated requests, he has not bee n responding and therefore, the case may be dismissed for non-prosecution. In view of the aforesaid, this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
