By this application, the petitioner has prayed for impleadment of some o f the parties in the connected revision petition, who are stated to be the origi nal parties in the suit. The subject matter of challenge in the connected revision petition is order date d 11/1/10 passed in Title Suit No. 66/99, which is filed u/s 115 r/w Section 151 of CPC. The revision petition was filed well within the period of limitation and the sam e is filed within the 90 days statutory period. As regards, impleadment of the left out parties, the revision petition is barred by limitation, and the prayer for condonation having not been made, this application for impleadment is not su stainable. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
