This petition is directed against the impugned order dated 30.07.2013 passed in Civil Suit No. 03 A/2011 by Civil Judge Class-1 Sarangarh whereby the learned trial Judge has rejected. the application as filed by the applicant under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure. From the application as filed by the petitioner it appears that the amendment which is being sought in relation to the clarification of certain pleadings have already been there in the written statement of the petitioner. Considering all the aspects of the case, learned trial Judge has rejected the application of the petitioner. 1 find no reason to interfere in the order impugned.
