1. The instant petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution India assails the order dated 30.04.2003 passed by the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Bilaspur in case No. 4/ID/REF/98 whereby the petitioner's reference has been dismissed.

2. After arguing the matter at length, both the counsel for parties have agreed that the matter may be disposed of directing respondent No.2 to pay Rs.65,000/- towards full and final settlement including balance dues, gratuity and compensation in lieu of reinstatement.

The prayer made by both the parties appears to be reasonable, and therefore, is allowed.

In view of above and with the consent of the parties, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to deposit a sum of including balance dues, Rs.65,000/- towards full and final settlement gratuity and compensation in lieu of reinstatement of the petitioner, before the concerned Labour Court, within a period of 3 months from today, the respondent shall be liable to pay interest @ 6% per failing which, annum from the date of this order. tl'* ~" SdA N.K.AgrawaI Judge
