In the circumstances, this writ application is disposed of 2 Patna High Court CWJC No.9281 of 2012 (2) dt.11-05-2012 with liberty to the petitioner to first approach the College authorities, get his entitlement and arrears calculated and get it submitted to the University. Thereafter, he will be at liberty to pursue the matter before the University authorities who shall examine the same and take appropriate action as may be necessary in accordance with law.
