JUSTICE JAYANANDAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 22-08-2013 From Annexure-4 it appears that petitioner has raised some objection before the Collector, Begusarai in respect of an attempt to construct a building for Panchayat Bhawan at the land where a ‘Brahmasthan’ is existing since last hundred years and where the villagers assemble for religious activities. Now before this Court, petitioner raises a claim that by the side of ‘Brahmasthan’, he has some residential structure also which was settled with him by the Ex-Intermediary. This stand has not been taken by the petitioner before any authority. In the circumstances, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive representation before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Teghra, District Patna High Court CWJC No.15805 of 2013 (2) dt.22-08-2013 Begusarai, who shall examine the same, consider the documents annexed with the representation, if necessary, and shall give an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and thereafter shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on the same. If petitioner files such a representation, the Sub-Divisional Officer will be well-advised to direct for maintenance of status quo till he passes final order in the matter.
