JUSTICE JAYANANDAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 12-03-2012 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ application may be disposed of in terms of the orders of this Court dated 04.08.2011 and 31.01.2012 passed in CWJC No.10152 of 2008 and 1930 of 2012 respectively, copies whereof are annexed as Annexure-7 and 8 with the writ application. Accordingly this writ application is disposed of and it is held that if the case of the present petitioner is identical to the 2 Patna High Court CWJC No.4264 of 2012 (2) dt.12-03-2012 case of the petitioners of those writ applications on all fours, the said orders shall be deemed to have been passed in the case of the present petitioner also.
