Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he could not reach the Court in time on 18.9.2012 due to water logging in his Mohalla and resultantly no one appeared when the case was called out. As such, the case stood dismissed. It is prayed that the restoration application be allowed. Accordingly, the application is allowed and Cr. Misc. No. 25624 of 2006 is restored to its original file.
