The petitioner is aggrieved as he is not being paid his salary since January, 2002. He draws attention to the order dated
12.11.2003 passed by the Director, Secondary Education, Bihar, Patna against six persons including the petitioner, inter alia, by which appointment of such persons were found to have been made on the basis of forged/fake documents. The matter was brought before this Court at the instance of several similarly situated persons including the petitioner in CWJC No.9695 of 2004 which was disposed of by order dated 28.5.2007 (Annexure-15) granting liberty to the petitioner to file representation to be decided by the concerned respondents. Pursuant thereto the petitioner filed his representation dated 9.7.2011 before the Director, Secondary Education, Bihar, Patna which is said to be still pending. In the above view of the matter, this writ petition is being disposed of with a direction to the Director, Secondary Education, Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 2) to consider and dispose of the petitioner’s representation dated
9.7.2011 (Annexure-16) if pending before him after granting opportunity of hearing to the petitioner in accordance with law.
