The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):
for issuance of a writ in the nature of a writ of Mandamus commanding the respondents by restraining them for encroaching Khatiyani (Ancestors) Land of petitioner without Patna High Court CWJC No.13375 of 2025(2) dt.21-08-2025 his consent and without following the rules of land acquisition Act at the instance of respondent No. 8, Mukhiya of Panchayat Raj Saraipur, further a writ in the same nature be issued upon respondents not to disturb the title and possession over the land of the petitioner.
