2. The present application has been preferred for restoration of CWJC No. 15599 of 2017 which was dismissed by this Court for non-prosecution vide an order dated 06.05.2025. Patna High Court MJC No.1977 of 2025(3) dt.12-12-2025
3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph nos. 3 to 5 of the petition, the MJC No.1977 of 2025 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500 to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
