The present application has been filed for quashing the FIR of Pirbahore P.S. Case no. 179 of 1999 registered for the offences punishable under sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the FIR was registered in 1999, there is nothing on record to suggest the present stage of the case and the present application of quashing has been filed in 2011, this court is not inclined to interfere in the matter at this stage.
